Each week we will be harvesting 9-12 crops for our CSA. Every week we will have staples, like head lettuce and a bunched green like chard or kale, plus a seasonally rotating variety of other veggies. We buy all organic seeds and select varieties based on flavor and fun. Below is a basic guide to what you will find throughout the season. Please keep in mind, this list may not be comprehensive and is subject to change.

All flowers will be Pick Your Own. Pre-bunched bouquets may also be available for sale in the farm store.
We are also working in a small cover crop rotation of oats & field peas and buckwheat.
